Prior to the start of your session . . .

you will have an opportunity to tell me about areas of your body that are injured, tense or sore. Also mention any medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart problems, chronic headaches, varicose veins, recent surgery and situations that are causing you emotional stress. Together we will design a session to address your concerns.

How to receive a massage

Deep tissue massage uses several therapeutic techniques to ease the pain and tension in affected muscles, increase joint flexibility and release chronic aches and pains.

Since a Deep Tissue session often focuses on specific areas, it may cause some soreness for up to approximately 24 hours. After this period the client can fully appreciate the therapeutic results of the session.

This classic full-body massage uses long, smooth strokes and kneading techniques to improve circulation and promote an overall sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
